Marmie's Playhouse

My mother was in her element this morning. I drove up to drop Emily off at her house because today is the first day of "Marmie's Playhouse." There was a sign outside that said "Grand Opening of Marmie's Playhouse" and it was hand colored by my mother. lol. I walked in and she had Sunday School songs playing, library books out on the table, high chairs at the kitchen island and Mickey Mouse pancakes on the griddle. There were even miniature fruit kabobs on fancy toothpicks. It was adorable! My niece, Hailee, was so excited because they were going to put on "paintin' bibs" (lol!) after breakfast and go paint on the back porch. :)

I'm so glad Em is staying with my mom now instead of a different daycare provider. It was like sending Emily off to summer camp today. I can't wait to hear all about her first day.
