And the Halloween fun goes on . . .

Today we had to stop by Wal-Mart to grab some things and they had a photo scene all set up. Of course Emily went and snagged a free photo lab picture of her. Isn't she cute!?

Trick or Treat!!!

Alrighty, Emily's first time as a big girl trick or treater was at the Sooner Mall tonight. She wasn't totally thrilled by the concept but overall, I think she made an ADORABLE little giraffe. And tomorrow we'll do it all over again.

Pressure!

Okay, I cannot keep from hearing Queen and David Bowie in the back of my head singing "Under Pressure."

Last night, Scott and I went to dinner since my amazing mother and father were keeping Emily. We sat and talked about this, that, everything else . . . and eventually Scott said "what kind of Christmas dress are we getting for Emily?"

Whaaaat?

Dude?! Let's get past Halloween costumes first!

And speaking of Halloween costumes, I am seriously needing help with that this year. What in the world do you pick for an almost two year old?

Princess? cliche
Fairy? basically a princess with wings, right?
Ballerina? not in Oklahoma. . . it could be 20 degrees on Halloween
Cheerleader? ummmmm . . . eh
Dora the Explorer? okay, that's not even all that cute.
Cowgirl? that's so not us.

See the conundrum? Alright folks, bring on the suggestions
