So last week was Spring Break for me. It doesn't have quite the same appeal that it had before I had a real job and couldn't just stay at home lounging around the house (which, incidentally I hadn't been able to do since mid way through high school as the Dyer girls had to get jobs and earn our keep, lol).
On top of that, last week Emily had a virus and was such a sick little girl. No symptoms beyond a raging fever and her discomfort and lack of appetite but she just was not herself. I'd already planned to be off work on 3/20 to prep for the Twilight Slumber Party (recap and pictures soon to be available at http://www.hcjc.blogspot.com/). Since Emmy had been sick, I just kept her with me. By Friday she was feeling so much better so we planned an outing to Unpluggits in Edmond, OK and took the kiddos. It was a blast. They have an indoor play area and a spot for crafts and painting, etc. I took along the camera and couldn't help but post some of the great photos I got that day.
