Projects abound

So I have seen several people who have begun projects this year. Two of the coolest I've seen are:

365 days of service: my friend Alison actually started this last year and I think it's wonderful. Every day she looks for a way to be a servant and blogs about it after she completes a service.

A Year in Photos: several folks I've seen online are doing this. They take at least one photo each day of something going on in their lives and post it with an explanation.

I like both of these projects. I haven't yet figureed out what project I want to take on but I love the idea of doing something every day that draws your attention to your life. Something that makes you take stock of the here and now. Something that helps you live in the present.
