A slow, easy morning. . .

This morning I'm writing as I wait for some photos to sync so I can send them to print for my mother. Among my favorites?

And

My kid is crawling around in the dining room, under my feet and playing bongos on an empty Ozarka water bottle. She's having the time of her life and it makes me happy to see her just enjoying her day. It also makes me realize I need to mop. lol.

I made oatmeal from scratch this morning and she loved it so . . . score one for me. I did have to call my mother and ask what in the world you put in oatmeal that doesn't come in a pre-mixed, pre-measured package though. My mom is kinda reknowned for her cinnamon raisin oatmeal.

Pictures are synced, and I'm getting a bit hungry so I'm signing off. Have a wonderful day. I hope yours is filled with as much joy as my daughter is currently getting from her My Pal Al, light up, talking (in English, Spanish AND French, no less) baby Einstein Alligator.

xoxoxo
