Okay, yesterday I went to the doctor and told him everything I wanted to work on . . . weight, fitness, I have a thing with a toe, and then back pain from carrying a baby inside then outside for the past year or so (womb time included). I got home last night and after getting Emmy fed and changed, I got on the treadmill. She was sitting in her Bumbo on the ottoman, playing with her Daddy and when I started the treadmill she looked up. I swear, y'all, she looked at me like "okay, I've seen that thing over in the corner but I've never actually seen anyone ON it. Weird." lol.
I lost 7 pounds from May to July and my goal is another nineteen before Emily's first birthday in November. That gives me plenty of time to get used to less sugar, more exercise and smaller portions. Man! That's why no one looks forward to dieting . . . it's a buzzkill. Oh well. :)
