Living dangerously . . .

Okay, boys and girls. . . I did it. You know what I'm talking about. . . I . . . VACUUMED. WHILE Emmy was sleeping. And what did my darling daughter do? Absolutely, nothing. Didn't even flinch. She's so wonderful. :)

Emmy is doing great, sleeping well through the night. She wakes up about three times at night but only long enough to eat and then she goes right back to sleep. We've figured out some of her favorites. Like right now, I've got my legs crossed and she's sleeping in the crook of one leg. We couldn't get her to settle down and get comfy in any other position. lol.

Today was also her first trip to the nail salon. My mom and I treated ourselves to manicures and pedicures and little Emmy slept through the whole thing. She did wake up just in time for a bottle at the exact moment when my nails were finished. It's a bit tricky to hold a bottle and try not to nick the nails. But I am a talented mommy and I prevailed!
