I've been a mom for 58 hours now. :) What have I been up to today on day two of mommy-hood? Crying. lol.
I swear. . . I look at the floor, I cry. Someone says something nice, I cry. I look at my daughter (and how amazing is it to say that?), I cry. I basically cry over anything and everything but they say that's actually a good sign.
My Aunt Janet used to call me a bawl baby but today that is actually a great thing. It apparently means my milk is getting ready to come in.
Okay, now for the obligatory sap that everyone just should have expected from me about now: My husband is the greatest man in the world. I mean, you know that you're in love with the person you married, but then there are just times that he or she does something that pushes you head over heels in love with them all over again. It is so evident that Scott's completely in love with our daughter. He keeps walking by her and saying things like "she's so beautiful." Which just makes my heart melt. Anyhow, he's been amazing and I don't know what I'd do without him.
I just had to put that out there.
moved.

Leslie, it's sooooo good to hear from you. I'm so happy for you--shucks you're gonna make me cry! *sniff* Keeping you in my prayers, luv! Talk to you when you can manage it. :) Give Emily a kiss from me and tell her she has a whole MLF board of people welcoming her into the world. :P
ML Hugs,
