Clean house, happy mommy

I would like to comment on a milestone. . . tonight my mother has offered to come over and help me do a thorough cleaning of my house and . . . I said YES! Normally, I'd say no, or get offended at her offer of help because, in my mind, her offer implied that I was not capable of keeping my own house clean. However, at this point. . . I'm NOT capable of doing everything I'd like to have done to the house. I can do about 1/3 of it and then I'm too tired or I get distracted by something shiny and I have to quit. So as much as I'm not looking forward to cleaning house when I really need to be studying for a massive test next week . . . I have help and dang it, we're gonna CLEAN!
