Buying and selling and moving, oh my!

Okay, so just when we find the PERFECT house, I mean, I can see Christmases in this house and our baby crawling into the kitchen, etc. . . and dang it! They don't take FHA loan holders. At least that's what we're trying to figure out. The mortgage man says it should be doable but the realtor says it's not so now I have them in touch with each other and they can just figure it out. But over the past several months, Scott and I have definitely become "if it's meant to be, it will work out" kind of people. So if that's our house, it will all work out. If not, there are still lots of houses in Moore to look at. :)

and p.s. my mother tells me I'm being too cranky in my blog so I will try to be perky. . . but according to my pregnancy calendar, I'm ramping up to be even more emotional in the next few weeks so I'm not making any promises.
